| Important news - Intrastat Delivery Terms Legislation Update |

What's Changing? The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) have made changes to their Incoterms (international commercial terms). For Intrastat purposes Incoterms are referred to as Delivery Terms. These changes took place in February 2011 and saw the introduction of two new terms: · DAT (Delivered at Terminal) which replaces the term DEQ · DAP (Delivered at Place) which replaces the terms DAF, DES and DDU. HMRC will continue to accept the older terms until the close of December 2011, but from January 2012 onwards businesses must use the new terms on all Intrastat Declarations.
Which Versions? Sage 200 2011 Service Pack 2 is currently compliant. The following Line 100, MMS and Sage 200 versions will support the new Delivery Terms once the update has been applied :
