In the same way you regularly communicate with Sage CRM contacts, groups and current look-ups via emails, letters and faxes, after installing the e-txt Sage CRM Mobile Features Plug-in, you can make contact via text message, direct to mobile handsets from your PC. Recipients replies can be received directly back to your PC within seconds.
Following installation of the e-txt Mobile Features Plug-in Sage CRM users see several new icons on the main Sage CRM toolbars. New menu options are also added to drop-down menus. The icons and the menu options allow users to send text messages to individual contacts, groups of contacts and current look-ups. Selected contacts are added to the e-txt Sage CRM message window, where you type your text message. Character and message counters let you know the exact size of your message and how many message credits it will use. For a full range of e-txt functionality, to view reports, get response messages, set-up campaigns and buy message credits, simply go to the integrated e-txt section within Sage CRM Admin area.
